An affordable house that doesn't look cheap in any way.




Notes
All items used to build the main house are from the The Sims 4 base game. A few items from Get to Work and Outdoor Retreat were used to decorate the interior but nothing essential. As far as I remember only the condiments thingy from the kitchen and one drawer are from game packs, and you can easily replace those. Last but not the least, no CC requirement!
