How to Install Downloaded House
Download the file and extract it using your favorite archive utility program (WinRAR or 7-zip). Navigate to your Sims 4 Tray folder and place the lot files (.blueprint, .bpi, .trayitem). All the .package files from the custom content (CC) that you have downloaded must be copied to your Sims 4 Mods folder. Check out this tutorial to see a detailed guide.
