It has a traditional architectural style, fully furnished, and decorated with antique furniture to complement the vintage design of the house.

For only §67,207 simoleons, you can have this house kitchen & bar built in your Sims 4 world. The total lot area is 20 x 15. This includes the front garden where outdoor dining tables, chairs, bench, patio umbrellas and decorative sculptures are beautifully placed.




Notes
This house does not need any CC (custom content). You just need to have the base TS4 game and you're good to go. If you don't want to manually download files, you can look up my work in the online gallery. Just search for origin id "RubyRed_1023", click all, and select Lot. All my creations have been fully tested before sharing to the public. I hope you like it!

Installation
After downloading, you must decompress the .rar file. There should be 7 files after extraction. Copy those files into C:\User\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray. If you're having trouble installing, please refer to our detailed installation guide.
